~~Between the dates of December 14, 2014 to December 23, 2014, the Susquehanna Township Investigated 7 residential burglaries that all shared similarities and all occurred in the same neighborhoods. All of the burglaries occurred while residents were not home and several pieces of electronics, jewelry, clothing and a firearm were taken, some of which has since been recovered. Three individuals became suspects and they were identified as Jovar Hairston, Jerod McIntyre and Jonathan Oakley. Hairston was arretsed by Upper Allen Township Police and is in Cumberland County Prison.

Albert Rubingh, 46, was arrested on February 24th, 2015 at approximately 8:00 PM when Carlisle Police were dispatched to 1st block of South Courthouse Avenue, in the Borough of Carlisle, Cumberland County, for a report of an active fight and shots fired. Rubingh was actively engaged in fighting with another individual while heavily intoxicated. Rubingh was taken into custody and placed under arrest. A search of his person revealed that Rubingh had been concealing a small amount of suspected marijuana and a pipe. He was taken to Cumberland County Prison.

On 2/24/15 at 1950 hours officers were dispatched to an active fight at the Gingerbreadman. Shortly thereafter another report stated that there were shots fired at the same location. Responding officers found the fight still active upon arrival.  Devon Renfrow and others inside the Ginderbreadman got into an argument that spilled outside. Renfrow stated he shot his gun into the air to stop the fighting. During the subsequent investigation it was found that Renfrow doesn't possess a permit to carry a concealed handgun nor was the weapon registered to him.

Daniel Harris, 29, was arrested on February 24th, 2015 at approximately 8:00 PM when Carlisle Police responded to a dispatch of an active fight and shots fired. Harris was actively engaged in fighting and using an expandable baton to strike another individual. Harris was taken into custody and placed under arrest. During a search of his person, a substance suspected to be Marijuana and a silver grinder were located. Harris was taken to Cumberland County Prison.
