A female came into the Shippensburg Borough office stating she was being followed by a man. The female name was CALVERT, Elaine Sue and the defendant CLAYBERG, John who was following operating a green Subaru.
On 3/10/15 at 2312 hours Carlisle Police were dispatched to Bedford St. Antiques located at 44 N. Bedford St. for a report of a burglary alarm. Police were able to discover a broken window. According to video footage obtained, police are looking for a white male, who appeared to be wearing a dark colored grey hooded sweatshirt, dark pants and white shoes. Police seek information. On 3/10/15 at 1035 hours Carlisle Police were dispatched to the Carlisle Walmart for a report of a retail theft where the suspect left the scene. The suspect was described as a black male with dreads, wearing a red hoodie, and a jacket over top. The suspect was located and identified as Damion Davis. Upon speaking with staff it was learned that Mr Davis had bagged clothing into Walmart plastic bags on his own in an isle of the store. Mr Davis then attempted to leave out the GM doors where he was stopped by staff. He would later leave the area before police could arrive.
On Tuesday, March 10, 2015 at approximately 1430 hours CPD units responded to the Walmart located at 60 Noble Blvd. for a report involving retail theft. Once on scene CPD units spoke with Walmart's asset protection department who stated Candy Lee Quesenberry had attempted to leave the store with $122.28 in food items that she had not purchased. Quesenberry was arrested and transported to Cumberland County Prison where she'll be processed before being released.
