May 20, 2015, Carvajal used a cloned bank card to an account belonging to another person in order to make unauthorized purchases from a nearby Turkey Hill Minit Market, and Kohl's department store. This resulted in a loss of $561.05. The victim lives on the 300 block of Knollwood Road....

Warrant Type:

Benjamin K. Boyer, 23 years of age, Ephrata, was charged with Aggravated Assault, Simple Assault and Reckless Endangerment after a disturbance in the first block of Rollingview Lane, Adamstown Borough on May 30, 2015.  Boyer was taken to Lancaster County Prison on the charges.

The windshield of a vehicle parked in the 400 block of Walnut Street, Denver Borough was smashed during the night of May 27th to May 28th, 2015.  The damage estimate is $300.00.

A 17 year old Newmanstown juvenile was cited for Retail Theft on June 5, 2015, after he failed to pay for various grocery items at Weaver Markets, 2610 North Reading Road, East Cocalico Township.  Two additional Denver area juveniles, ages 15 and 14, will be referred to the Youth Aid Panel.

Case Region:

At approximately 1637 hours on June 5, 2015, the East Cocalico Township Police Department responded to Weaver Markets, 2610  North Reading Road, East Cocalico Township for a Retail Theft.  Upon arrival, store officials had stopped Eric M. Sanders, 37 years of age, Craig Drive, Reading, PA, for taking $18.65 worth of various food items from the store without paying for them.  Sanders was issued a non-traffic citation for Retail Theft.
