On Tuesday 9/22/15, Carlisle Police responded to a report of criminal mischief that occurred at a business on the 1st block of S Orange St, within the Borough of Carlisle. There was damage caused to a window at the business. The damage was likely caused by a BB gun or similar weapon. The damage occurred between 9/21/15, at about 1730 hours and 9/22/15, at about 0515 hours.This case is still under investigation.

On August 6, 2015 at 2250 hours East Hempfield Township Police were dispatched to an alarm at Francesco's, 805 Rohrerstown Rd.  Upon arrival Officers observed a broken window.  The owner responded to the business and determined that monies had been taken from inside the restaurant. Following an investigation it was determined that James Boylan III had a falling out with the business and subsequently committed the Burglary utilizing a hammer to break the window.  

On September 20, 2015 at approximately 12:30am, East Pennsboro Police responded twice to a residence in the 100 block of East Columbia Road, Enola, and dealt with intoxicated subjects.  The second call was a call from Leesa Baker, 46, of that address who reported males having sex in the front yard, when police responded for this second call and spoke with the Baker, she advised police she was just kidding.  Baker was charged with Disorderly Conduct and making false reports.

On September 19, 2015 at approximately 1:00pm, East Pennsboro Police officers were called to the 1500 block of 3rd Street for a domestic call.  Officers found that Benjamin Carney, JR, 32, of the same address got into an altercation with a female and shoved her to the ground causing injuries.  He was charged with Simple Assault and Harassment.

On August 29, 2015 at approximately 3:00am, East Pennsboro Police stopped a vehicle north on route 11-15 for a traffic violation.  Police found the operator, Timothy Lapadat, 28, of the 100 block of Holly Drive, Mechanicsburg, to be driving under the influence.
