David Matthew Kitchen, 42, of Ephrata was arrested on May 1st, 2016 at around 0134hrs for Driving Under the Influence of Alcohol after police discovered him in the 1st block of West Marion Street.  Additional charges are pending the results of toxicology testing. 

The North Coventry Township Police Departemnt is investigating an incident of theft by deception which occurred at the Habitat Store located at the Coventry Mall.  The theft occurred on 05/01/2016 at approximately 1555 hours.  The suspect deceived a store employee, by creating a false impression, thereby making the employee believe a refund was due to them, and the employee refunded cash to the suspect.  The suspect is described as a white male in his 60's, 5'10", 170 lbs.

On 4/30/16 at 1650 hrs, Ephrata Police investigated vehicle accidents on 222 North in Ephrata Township. A northbound vehicle driven by Xiaochen Zhang, age 27, of Philadelphia, drifted off the left berm, and lost control crossing both lanes and crashed into the woods along the right side of the highway. Two other vehicles crashed together while trying to avoid the accident. No one was injured and one vehicle was towed from the scene.

On April 29th, 2016 at around 1636hrs, Officers from the Lititz Borough Police Department investigated a vehicle accident at the intersection of East Front Street and North Cedar Street.  A vehicle driven by Susan Ruthrock, 62, of Lititz struck a vehicle being driven by Luz Silvas,  68, of Lancaster.  No one was injured in the collision but Silvas' vehicle did have to be towed from the scene. 

On April 28th, 2016 at around 0722hrs, Officers from the Lititz Borough Police Department investigated a vehicle accident on West Orange Street at the intersection of South Spruce Street.  A vehicle driven by Heather Zellers, 47, of Lititz entered the intersection and was struck by a vehicle driven by Haley Arndt, 18, of Lititz.  Arndt and a passenger were injured in the collision and transported to the hospital.  Zellers was cited by Police for a stop sign violation.  Lit
