The Pennsylvania State Police - Troop M – Fogelsville Barracks has an arrest warrant for 19-year-old John VAZQUEZ.
On 04/06/2022 at approximately 2130 hours, VAZQUEZ and two other suspects arranged to purchase controlled substances from the victim at the Lower Macungie Township building.
They entered the victim’s vehicle to conduct the transaction and VAZQUEZ produced a handgun and pressed the gun against the back of the victim’s head and ordered the victim to hand over the money and drugs, but the victim refused.
A struggle ensued and the victim was punched in the head and body several times.
The handgun has been recovered and the other suspects have turned themselves in.
