James Steven LEZINSKY is wanted by the Wyoming County Sheriff’s Office for failing to appear in Common Pleas court for multiple charges of fleeing and eluding police originally filed by Troopers from PSP Tunkhannock and Meshoppen Police. The Wyoming County District Attorney’s Office also has an active arrest warrant for LEZINSKY’s arrest for Witness Intimidation, Retaliation Against Witness or Victim, Default in Required Appearance and Flight to Avoid Apprehension.
