The Pennsylvania State Police Troop K – Philadelphia Station is searching for wanted person, 20-year-old SAMUEL IRIZARRY.
IRIZARRY is wanted for attempted homicide and other related charges for a shooting incident that occurred on Interstate 95 SB around mile marker 22.6, City and County of Philadelphia on 02/20/2019 at approximately 2235 hours.
IRIZARRY was in a dark colored Chevrolet sedan.
