The Pennsylvania State Police Troop D – Mercer Station received information from a Childline referral of a known 14 year old female victim that was being sexually assaulted.
The sexual assaults were confirmed by the victim and a suspect was identified as William Robert ICE w/n/m 38 years old.
On 02/09/21 an arrest warrant for ICE has been issued for Involuntary Deviate Sexual Intercourse, Aggravated Indecent Assault, Corruption of Minors, Unlawful Contact with a Minor, and Endangering the Welfare of a Child.
ICE is aware of the arrest warrant and is believed to be on the run.
He also has a pending criminal case for charges resulting from an online sting conducted by the Human Trafficking Task Force in Ohio.
