The Pennsylvania State Police Troop N - Stroudsburg Station, Criminal Investigation Unit is investigating the Megan's Law registration of a convicted sex offender, Justin CRUZ of Stroud Township, Monroe County.
Through the investigation, CRUZ was identified as having been in violation of reporting requirements and having provided false information.
CRUZ is described as being a 34-year-old white, Hispanic male, 5’10”, approximately 175 lbs and is known to frequent Monroe County and Lackawanna County.
