City of Coatesville Police Department are investigating an attempted homicide that occurred on March 11, 2020 at approximately 1428 hours.  Patrol units were dispatched to the area of Pennsylvania Avenue and E. Harmony Street in the City of Coatesville for a report of gun shots fired.

Throughout the investigation on scene and reviewing surveillance footage from numerous locations, it was determined that it was a shootout between several individuals, one of them being Steven Pittman Jr..

One victim was shot twice and was transported to the hospital where he underwent surgery. He is identified as 29 year old Justin Pooler B/M/N/H.
