The Pennsylvania State Police Troop H – Chambersburg responded on 09/12/20, between 1707-1802 hours for a report of a retail theft that occurred at Dick’s Sporting Goods, 1320 Lincoln Way East, Guilford Township, Franklin County.
The unknown pictured suspect entered the store and proceeded to walk out of the front entrance with multiple stolen items totaling over $500.
The Suspect is described as a black, non-Hispanic male, 17-18 years of age, 5’10’’-6’0’’ inches tall, dreadlocks, wearing a black sweatshirt, gray Nike leggings, gray Nike shorts, yellow neon socks, and black Nike basketball shoes.
The Suspect left in a green Hyundai Santa Fe bearing a DC registration EZ9811. The registration is not registered to a Hyundai Santa Fe.
On 10/03/20 at approximately 1637 hours, an employee observed the same suspect in the store again with the pictured female.
The female was described as black, non-Hispanic, approximately 40 years of age, and 180-200 pounds, 5'0'' - 5'3" tall, with black shoulder length hair.
She was observed to be wearing a black jacket and ripped blue jeans. Both left the store without any stolen items.
The suspect drove away in the same vehicle that was observed on 09/12/20.
