PA State Police Troop K – Media are investigating a theft from a motor vehicle that occurred on 10/17/2019 at approximately 1940 hours at the 5100 block of West Chester Pike in Edgmont Township.

An unknown suspect(s) entered the victim’s unlocked vehicle and removed her purse.

The pictured suspect then utilized the victim’s credit card to purchase gift cards at the Acme Market located on West Chester Pike in Newtown Square.

It is believed that the suspect arrived in a silver SUV with a large dent on the passenger side door.  A black Cadillac Escalade may also be involved.

The suspect(s) then discarded a stolen purse from Uwchlan Township and a stolen license place from East Coventry Township behind the Acme Market.
