Pennsylvania State Police Troop A – Indiana Barracks is seeking to identify the pictured male, who is a suspect in two incidents of Retail Theft at Lowe’s, 475 Ben Franklin Road South, White Township, Indiana County on 12/06/2020 and 12/08/2020. 

In each incident, the suspect stole Dewalt tools, altogether totaling $2,094.

The suspect appears to have a tattoo on the back of his neck.
