The Pennsylvania State Police Troop D – Beaver Station is investigating an attempted Homicide which occurred on Saturday, 10/03/20 at approximately 0354 hours to the area of 1010 Main Street, Aliquippa City, Beaver County. 

Jamere William SCOTT was found suffering from a gunshot wound.  SCOTT was transported from the scene via ambulance and later life flighted to a Pittsburgh Hospital.

SCOTT was shot in the hip and the round was lodged near his spine.

This incident occurred as SCOTT was standing on the sidewalk in front of 1010 Main Street. 

An unknown male crossing Main Street fired off a shot into a crowd, striking SCOTT. 

The unknown individual is believed to have fled the area in a maroon Buick sedan. 

Before the shooting, there was a large gathering at 1010 Main Street in Aliquippa.
