Pennsylvania State Police Troop B – Washington Barracks responded to a male actively spray-painting graffiti onto a concrete barrier on the Jefferson Avenue Off Ramp from Interstate 70 Westbound, Washington City, Washington County on 12/21/21 at 15:04 hours.

A witness described the suspects’ vehicle as a white minivan with sliding doors and the suspect is described as a white male who is small in build wearing a hoodie.

The pictured graffiti is described as large, approximately 3-4 feet tall and bright orange in color cartoon character with a large tongue sticking out with big closed eyes outlined in black.

The suspect fled by turning from the off ramp, west onto E. Wylie Avenue and an immediate right onto Allison Avenue.
