Pennsylvania State Police Troop K – Philadelphia Barracks is searching for 16-year-old Runaway Julian FELIX-LEBRON.

FELIZ-LEBRON exited a vehicle stopped in traffic on I-76 west near Exit 340A, Philadelphia City, on Friday, 11/19/2021 at 1425 hours. 

FELIX-LEBRON WAS LAST SEEN WEARING DARK COLORED JEANS, WHITE TSHIRT, BLUE PUFFY WINTER JACKET WITH A HOOD.

He is described as 5’8”, 140 lbs, Brown Eyes and Black Hair.
