The Pennsylvania State Police, Troop G - Rockview Station, is investigating a theft from motor vehicle and criminal mischief that occurred on 01/22/2023 at approximately 1740 hours at the Philipsburg VFW, 1 W Spruce St, Philipsburg Borough, Centre County.

Actors arrived on scene via a black SUV with tinted windows, at least three actors exited the vehicle and started rummaging through vehicles parked at the VFW, while the driver remained in the suspect vehicle.

During the theft, one of the victim’s vehicles had a window smashed causing approximately $500.00 of damage.

The actors then returned to the suspect vehicle and fled in an unknown direction.
