Pennsylvania State Police Troop L – Reading Barracks responded on 03/24/2021 at approximately 0500 hours to 174 Blackwood Lane, Union Township, Berks County, PA for a report of a stolen Toro Dingo Utility Vehicle that was parked on the street.

An unknown suspect(s) stole the Toro Dingo by using a flatbed tow truck.

The 2019 Toro Dingo is red and black in color and bears VIN 403372572 and has 332 hours on it.  Pictured is a similar image.
