PA STATE POLICE INVESTIGATING STOLEN catalytic converters - MADISON TOWNSHIP - LACKAWANNA COUNTY

Pennsylvania State Police Troop R – Dunmore responded to Madisonville Rd., Madison Township, Lackawanna County on Wednesday 05/26/2021 for a reported theft of catalytic converters from two Ford vehicles. 

The vehicles were parked in a parking lot near the Madisonville Volunteer Fire Company. 

The victim related when he arrived for work he noticed the converters missing. 

The victim related it appeared that they had been cut from the vehicles. 

In recent months Troopers from both Lackawanna and Wayne counties have investigated similar incidents.
