The Pennsylvania State Police Troop F – Mansfield Station responded to a residence located on Patterson Road, Ward Township, Tioga County, not far from Canton Borough, Bradford County for a report of a deceased male.
The victim was identified as 59-year-old Frank Roy MCKNIGHT (“Roy”). MCKNIGHT likely died sometime between 09/23/18 and 09/24/18. Investigation indicated that foul play was likely a factor in MCKNIGHT’s death.
