Pennsylvania State Police Troop L – Reading Barracks responded to Bower's Sales and Rentals located at 365 Fleetwood Rd., Maxatawny Township, Berks County, on 04/12/2021 at 0220 hours for a report of a burglary. 

Upon arrival, Troopers during the investigation it was discovered that unknown actor(s) had broken a double-paned window located on the front left portion of the building which leads into the display room.

Twenty (20) various forms of outdoor power equipment manufactured by Husqvarna and Stihl were stolen.

Total value of these items is $8,508.00.

The extent of the damage to the business is unknown.
