The Pennsylvania State Police Troop G – Huntingdon Station responded on 10/11/2020 at approximately 1400 hours to the area of Coffee Run Bridge off Old Plank Road (Raystown Lake), Lincoln Township, Huntingdon County, for a report of an animal cruelty.

The body of a deceased, large white (possibly a breed of pit bull) female dog was found floating near the shore.

The dog had a rope tied around its neck that was tied off to a large rock at the other end of the rope. 

There was no collar or other distinguishing markings on the dog.
