PA State Police Troop B – Washington Barracks are investigating a theft/access device fraud incident that occurred on 05/01/2022 at approximately 1:30 pm

The suspects are believed to have found a lost wallet in South Strabane Township, Washington County, containing the victim’s credit cards. The two suspects went on a shopping spree using the victim’s credit cards at Sam’s Club, Dick’s Sporting Goods, and Macy’s.

The two pictured suspects are shown leaving Sam’s Club after purchasing multiple gift cards totaling $7,500 with the victim’s credit card.

The suspects left the scene driving a 2010-2018 Gray Dodge Ram 1500.
