Pennsylvania State Police Troop E– Erie Barracks responded to Country Fair (4816 Buffalo Road), Harborcreek Township, Erie County on Wednesday, 02/03/2021 at 1206 hours for a report of a Theft. 

Upon arrival, Troopers discovered an unidentified male suspect took possession of a mislaid credit card.

The suspect then purchased ten (10) packs of Newport cigarettes ($89.15) at Country Fair using the stolen debit card and left the area on foot.
