Pennsylvania State Police Troop J – Avondale Barracks is investigating an access device fraud incident where the pictured male suspect used a stolen credit card to purchase over $1000 worth of merchandise at Walmart, Tractor Supply, LandhopeFarms, and Rite Aid all within the Oxford PA area.
The suspect was observed to be operating a black Chevrolet Cobalt bearing PA Reg LLJ7161.  

The vehicle appears to be registered to the Honeybrook PA area and the suspects identity is still unknown.
