Missing Person, Frank Arthur Gillespie – Village of James City, Highland Township, Elk County, PA - Have you seen him?



The Pennsylvania State Police, Troop C, Ridgway, continue their search for Frank Arthur Gillespie.  

An investigation was initiated and continues on the disappearance of Frank Arthur GILLESPIE.  Sometime around the end of June 2018, Frank Gillespie left his residence in the village of James City, Elk County, after an argument.  Frank is a known drug user and was not currently employed at the time that he went missing.  Frank Gillespie also is reported to have medical issues as well.  Frank has not been heard from since the day he left his residence. 

Through investigation it has been learned that the last time GILLESPIE had been seen was late summer of 2018, in August.  It has also been learned through investigation that the circumstances of his missing may be suspicious

Weight: 200 lbs.     

Hair: partially gray

Eyes: Brown

Frank Arthur Gillespie was last seen wearing blue jeans and t-shirt.  Frank also had a backpack with him when he left. 

Frank’s last known address is located on Ohio Street, James City, Elk County, PA.  Frank is also known to frequent Kane and Erie, PA, and the states of Florida and Minnesota.
