Media Release #2389, Weapons of Mass Destruction, Unknown Suspect(s) – Hickory Township, Lawrence County, PA



The Pennsylvania State Police, Troop D, New Castle, continue their investigation of Weapons of Mass Destruction.    

On Sunday, October 28, 2018, at approximately 9:45 p.m., unknown suspect(s) placed and detonated a pipe bomb under the victim’s 2010 Ford Explorer Sport Trac pickup truck while it was parked in the driveway of their residence located on Taylor Road, Hickory Township, Lawrence County.  The resulting explosion caused damage to the vehicle totaling $3,500.00.  A male, estimated to be in his twenties was observed by a neighbor walking away from the area of the scene.
