The Pennsylvania State Police, Troop J, York, continue their investigation of multiple thefts and access device fraud.

On October 5, 2018, at 7:11 p.m., a black male/unknown suspect wearing a white t-shirt, entered the Royal Farms located at 17302 Draco Road, Stewartstown, and purchased approximately 10 cartons of cigarettes with a stolen credit card.  The value of the cigarettes was over $800.00.

On October 6, 2018, at 1:24 p.m., the same suspect wearing a black sweatshirt with a white colored design entered the same Royal Farms.  The suspect again purchased approximately 10 cartons of cigarettes with the same stolen credit card.  The value of the cigarettes was over $800.00.

On October 7, 2018, at 9:38 p.m., the same suspect entered the same Royal Farms and purchased another $800.00 worth of cigarettes. 

The vehicle in all these incidents is a white Nissan Altima with a Virginia registration plate.
