Media Release #2276, Criminal Attempt Burglary, Unknown Suspect – Milesburg, Centre County, PA



The Pennsylvania State Police, Troop G, Rockview, continue their investigation of criminal attempt burglary that occurred at Milesburg Fire County located at 300 Catherine Street, Milesburg, Centre County.  

On May 23 - 24, 2018, between 10:00 p.m. – 6:00 a.m., an unknown suspect attempted to burglarize the Milesburg Fire Department.  The unknown suspect caused damage to the window while making entry into the building.  Motion lights inside of the building illuminated, startling the suspect, causing him to leave.  It is suspected the same unknown suspect is responsible for the burglary Bellefonte Undines Fire Department the previous day.  

The unknown suspect is described as a white male, tall with a medium build, and short hair.  The unknown suspect was wearing a black Under Armor baseball cap with white insignia, black hoodie, blue jeans, and black sneakers with white trim.   The unknown suspects’ vehicle is a Black Dodge Ram Pickup truck with a lightbar attached on top of the cab.  There are multiple stickers in the back window.  Unknown registration plate.
