The Pennsylvania State Police, Troop B, Washington, Criminal Investigation Assessment Unit, continue their investigation into the homicide of Billy D. James.
On October 31, 2015, at approximately 1:50 a.m., a large fight erupted at the Double Vision Bar located in Oliver Square, North Union Township, Fayette County, involving numerous black males that are members of local gangs. Establishment owner and bouncers made most people exit the bar and the fight spilled out into the parking lot; 20-30 persons were present in the parking lot during the altercation when the victim, Billy D. James, was shot multiple times in the torso. The victim was transported to Uniontown Hospital where he was pronounced dead as a result of multiple gunshot wounds.
Multiple witnesses who were present at the scene during the homicide refuse to provide any details.
