The U.S. Marshals Western Pennsylvania Fugitive Task Force continue their search for James Ray Mechling.  James Ray Mechling has an arrest warrant dated October 7, 1997, for violations of his conditions of parole with the Pennsylvania Board of Probation and Parole.  James Mechling’s original conviction was robbery.

Tattoos: tattoo upper arm(swastika/eagle), tattoo left arm (heart & cross “mom”), tattoo right arm (“born to raise hell”), and tattoo left fingers (“Love”).  Scar right arm. 

James Ray Mechling’s last known address was in the 2200 block of Wayne Street, Erie, Erie County, PA.  James is also known to frequent Borough of North East, Erie County; Homestead, Allegheny County; Texana, Texarkana, and Wakevillage, Texas; and Ashdown, Arkansas.
