The U.S. Marshals Service, Western Pennsylvania Fugitive Task Force, continues their search for David Dalton.

David Dalton should be considered Armed and Dangerous!   David Dalton is an Escape Risk!

On July 21, 2017, an arrest warrant was issued for David Dalton for criminal homicide, firearms not to be carried without a license, aggravated assault, recklessly endangering another person, conspiracy to commit robbery with serious bodily injury, possession of an instrument of crime with intent, discharge of a firearm into an occupied structure, and possession of a firearm by a prohibited person.  David Dalton is also wanted by the Erie County Sheriff’s Office on a bench warrant dated August 1, 2017, for probation/parole violations.  David Dalton’s original convictions were DUI, recklessly endangering another person, fleeing, and driving offenses.
