Media Release #2036, Forgery, Unknown Suspect(s) – Franklin Township, Greene County, PA



The Pennsylvania State Police, Troop B, Waynesburg, continue their investigation of forgery.

On Tuesday, January 31, 2017, at approximately 8:46 p.m., an unknown black/female suspect went to the Rite Aid located in Waynesburg, and utilized a fake prescription for Phergan-Codeine 10 mg (6.25 mg/ml) of oral syrup.  The name on the prescription was for “Michelle Thomas.”  The same unknown black/female suspect used a similar prescription at the local Giant Eagle and McCracken Pharmacies.  Fictitious names of “Lisa Williams, Richard Braxton, Lisa Johnson, and David Roberts” were also utilized at various locations between January 30 – 31, 2017.  The unknown suspect did acquire prescriptions from Rite Aid, Giant Eagle, and McCracken pharmacies.  The unknown suspect was denied at CVS and Wal-Mart.  The unknown suspect was seen leaving Wal-Mart in an unknown white sedan and in the company of an unknown black male suspect.
