Media Release #1938, Theft by Unlawful Taking and Access Device Fraud, Unknown Suspects – Springfield Township and Hermitage, Mercer County, PA

The Pennsylvania State Police, Troop D, Mercer, continues their investigation into theft by unlawful taking and access device fraud that occurred at the Harry & David store at the Grove City Outlets just off I-79 in Springfield Township, Mercer County, PA.    

On December 22, 2015, between 4:00 – 9:00 p.m., unknown suspects entered the store during busy hours.  While the victim was tending to customers, one of the suspects went into the employee area in the back of the store and stole the victim’s wallet out of her purse.  The two suspects then made a number of fraudulent transactions at the Ralph Lauren store at the Outlets, Staples in Hermitage, Foot Locker, and Macy’s in the Shenango Valley Mall.  The total of fraudulent transactions totaled over $1,900. 

Suspect #1: Black/Female, 5’5”, 140 lbs.
Suspect #2: Black/Female, 5’7”, 200 lbs.
