The Pennsylvania State Police, Troop L, Hamburg, continues their search for Charles John Albert, III. 

Charles John Albert, III is wanted for Abuse of Corpse.  On April 19, 2014, the deceased body of Alishia Eller was discovered in a dirt lot near the intersection of Beagle Road and Musselman Road in Berks County.  It was determined that Alishia Eller died of a heroin overdose.  Through the investigation it was learned that Alishia Eller was a passenger in a vehicle driven by Charles Albert, III at the time of the overdose.  When she became unresponsive, he pulled over into the dirt lot, removed Alishia Eller from his vehicle leaving her face down, and fled the scene without  summoning medical help. 

Charles Albert, III was interviewed and confessed to the above.  Charges were filed against Charles Albert, III on September 4, 2014, and a warrant was issued for his arrest.  Attempts to located Albert have been unsuccessful.  Charles Albert, III is also wanted on two other warrants in PA, which include indecent assault and failure to pay child support.  He also has failed to register with Megan’s Law as required.

Charles John Albert’s last known address is 24 Main Street, Stouchsburg, Berks County, PA.  Charles may be travelling as a food vendor at fairs and festivals.
