MEDIA RELEASE #1870, ROBBERY, UNKNOWN SUSPECTS – BRADY TOWNSHIP, BUTLER COUNTY, PA

The Pennsylvania State Police, Troop D, Butler, continues their investigation into a robbery.  On Saturday, October 31, 2015, at 10:35 p.m., law enforcement responded to a robbery at the Country Corner Store along State Route 8, at the intersection of Staff Road, located in Brady Township, Butler County.

The store owners, a female and male victim were closing the store and had just exited the building to lock up.  Two male suspects dressed in dark hoodies ran to the female victim from around the corner of the store, pushed her to the ground, and forcibly removed her zebra patterned bag from her hands, causing minor injury to her right thumb.  The unknown male suspects then fled on foot across State Route 8 and onto Hall Road.  The bag contained approximate several thousand in cash.  The victims could not identify the suspects and could only provide a description of two males wearing dark hoodies.
