The U.S. Marshals Service, Western Pennsylvania Fugitive Task Force, continue their search for James Garland Watts.  James Watts is wanted for criminal homicide, criminal attempt homicide, aggravated assault, discharge of a firearm into occupied structure, and firearms not to be carried without a license out of Allegheny County, and is also wanted for an Ohio State Probation Violation.
