HOMICIDE Victim found in Roaring Spring Borough - Blair County - We need your assistance!!



The PA State Police Hollidaysburg are requesting assistance from the public.  On 04/17/2019 at approximately 1830 hrs., John R GARNER, W/N/M-64, left Nason Hospital on foot.  GARNER was discovered deceased on 04/18/2019 at approximately 0900 hrs., in the rear parking lot of the former Bickel’s Surplus Store.  It is believed that GARNER was struck by a motor vehicle.  GARNER was wearing a blue plaid flannel shirt, blue jeans, camouflage hat, and was walking with a limp.  He is 5’09” and approximately 185 pounds.
