UPDATE - 10/22/2020 - The pictured suspect has been identified as Jocelyn Sowers and has been apprehended by PA State Police Lewistown.

The Pennsylvania State Police Troop G – Lewistown Station investigated a report of a theft of red and black Rapid debit card on 10/05/20. The victim reported to PSP Lewistown barracks and indicated that he lost his card on 10/03/20 at approx. 0430 hours at Rutter’s located at 27335 Rt. 75 N, Walker Twp., Juniata Co.

The card was used in various locations in Juniata Co. on 10/04/20 in the total amount of $93.86.

The pictured unknown female suspect is described as light skinned, brown hair, wore glasses, had a tattoo on her left forearm, weighed approximately 175-210 lbs, and is approximately 5'5"-5'10".

The unknown female actor was last seen wearing a red t-shirt, blue jeans, and black sneakers.
