Pennsylvania State Police Troop B - Washington responded 44 years ago on September 10, 1977, for a homicide investigation in North Strabane Township, Washington County.

Partial skeletal remains were found in a densely wooded area adjacent to Gleeson Road and were later determined to belong to William L. MOUSSIAUX, 36-year-old W/N Male.
