PA State Police Troop L– Hamburg Barracks are looking for information related to the November 4, 1972 death of Roy Metz in Bethel Township, Berks County.

Roy METZ and his wife stopped at the Seven Stars Hotel to have a few drinks and ask for directions. 

When METZ and his wife left the bar someone stabbed METZ and he later died as a result of his injuries.  

METZ’s wife described seeing a thin male in the parking lot when they were leaving.
