PA State Police Troop M – CIA Unit.

On 09/24/1992 fifteen-year-old Christopher Keller was riding his Kawasaki dirt bike motorcycle on a trail along railroad tracks that run parallel to the Lehigh River. He had a passenger on the dirt bike who was seated behind him. 

An unidentified person (or persons) strung electrical cable across the trail in Keller’s path; tied between two trees. Keller struck the cable and he and his passenger were thrown from the dirt bike . Keller sustained blunt force injuries, causing his death.

At the time of his death, Keller resided in nearby Northampton, Pa and was a student at Northampton High School.
