Pennsylvania State Police Troop B - Washington Barracks responded to the 84 Truckstop on January 7, 2000 for a road rage incident.

Anthony Steven WARGO, 24-year-old, W/N/ Male, died from a gunshot wound to the head while he was a passenger in a vehicle being driven by John Thomas SWOGER, while they were traveling eastbound on SR70 in South Strabane Township, Washington County. 

After having exhausted all other avenues, and based on information provided by SWOGER, it appears as though this incident may have been the result of "road rage" with WARGO.
