The Pennsylvania State Police, Troop K, Philadelphia, continue their investigation of an attempted homicide.
On June 7, 2016, at approximately 6:27 a.m., Troopers from the Pennsylvania State Police, Troop K, Philadelphia barracks were dispatched to Interstate 95 North, in the area of the Broad Street Exit for a shooting. The unknown suspect fired a single shot that penetrated the passenger side rear area of the victim’s vehicle. The suspect fled from the scene off of Interstate 95, via exit 17 (Broad Street). The suspect is described as a black male, approximately 30-40 years old with facial hair. The suspect vehicle was described to be a black older model Chevrolet Impala/Malibu (early 2000’s model). The suspected firearm is a black semi-automatic handgun.
