Case

On 04/09/2019, PSP Lewistown Station responded to a reported burglary at 1137 Seven Stars Road aka Hillside Sales and Service which is an automotive garage and used car lot.

At approximately 0216 hrs., 2 unknown white males forcibly entered the Hillside business through a locked door at the rear of the business, utilizing a large pry-bar.  The actors wore masks and removed numerous items including tools, currency, business financial paperwork, an H&R .22 Cal Revolver SN#AE35097, a dealer plate PA REG: K12210K, and ultimately stole a 2000 Gold/Tan Chevrolet Silverado with matching truck cap bearing PA REG: ZCT4053 VIN: 1GCGK29U6YE120622 from the lot.

Both males are captured on surveillance in the business and appeared to be familiar with the business layout.  1 actor removes his mask to utilize his cell phone multiple times during the commission of the crime.

During this investigation, a theft of an enclosed grey 2019 Homestead Trailer was reported approximately 1 mile away at another business (The Village Merchants.)  This also occurred during the early morning hours of 04/19/2019.  The trailer bearing PA REG: XLS9081 was removed from the business by utilizing the stolen Chevy Silverado.  The trailer was loaded with misc. merchandise on 3 pallets to be unloaded and sold at the Village Merchants.

Though not initially reported, the victim of the Hillside Sales provided information that a credit card that had been stolen during the burglary was being utilized along the East Coast bearing south from Pennsylvania.  The last known location of the card usage was in Ware Shoals, SC.

Actor #1 – Tattoo (sleeve) right forearm to wrist, image of face on underside of arm. Smaller tattoo starting on back of hand.  Last seen wearing white or tan long sleeve shirt, camo shorts & ski mask.

Actor #2 – last seen wearing full camo outfit, military style backpack, hunting face mask and ball cap.
