Pennsylvania State Police Troop A – Ebensburg responded to 3rd Street, Elder Township, Cambria County on Sat. 02/08/20 at 1343 hours at the request of a complainant who was attempting to repossess a 2015 Subaru Legacy. 

While the complainant was walking away from the residence after knocking on the backdoor, an unknown male jumped into the driver’s seat of the Subaru Legacy and backed the car out of the driveway through the yard. 

The complainant had to move out of the way from getting struck by the vehicle. 

The vehicle did brush up against the complainant’s leg, but he was not injured. 

Several individuals were interviewed at the scene however they would not reveal the identity of the person who drove the Subaru Legacy from the scene.
