The Pennsylvania State Police Troop E - Erie Station is investigating multiple Retail Thefts that occurred at Lowes,1930 Downs Dr, Summit Township, Erie County.

09/29/2020 between the hours of 12:12pm – 12:31pm, the pictured Black Male suspect entered the store (3) separate times, place the item in a cart each time and leaving the store without paying for it. 

Items stolen are a DeWalt Portable Planer valued at $1198 (Quantity: 2), and an Ego Nexus Power Station valued at $999. 

10/22/2020 at 1353 hours, the pictured suspect enters the store and removed a DeWalt Power Saw valued at $399 from the shelf, place it in a cart and leaves the store.

The same suspect re-enters the store with an empty cart, removes a DeWalt propane heater valued at $858 and leaves the store without paying. 

10/25/2020, the same suspect removes another DeWalt propane heater, puts it in a cart and leaves the store without paying for it. 

Each time the suspect would exit a different door and waive a receipt to the clerk and then exit the store. 

The suspect fled in the pictured blue Kia Sedona minivan with New York Plates and unknown registration.
