Pennsylvania State Police Troop F – Montoursville Station responded to Fine Wine and Good Spirits, 1939 E. 3rd St., Loyalsock Township, Lycoming County, for a report of a Retail Theft that occurred on 01/22/21 at approximately 1730 hours.

The pictured male suspect is described as African American, approximately 6’, between 260-280 lbs., bald head, large black beard, and was wearing dark pants, black jacket, and white Covid mask. 

The male removed a bottle of Crown Royal apple brand whiskey from its box and placed the bottle in his coat.  He then fled the store without paying for it.
