Pennsylvania State Police Troop F – Montoursville Barracks is investigating a robbery that occurred at Sam’s Place Lottery and Tobacco, 1374 E. Penn St., Muncy Creek Twp., Lycoming County, PA, that occurred on March 18th, 2020, at approximately 2154 hours. 

At this time, an unknown male entered the business wearing a blue “PSU” sweatshirt, baggy gray sweatpants, a camo face mask, dark ski goggles with white trim, black gloves, and gray sneakers with a red bag / black trim. 

He brought with him a red drawstring bag.  He brandished a silver handgun, pointed it at a cashier and demanded money. 

The male was given an undisclosed amount of US currency and fled the store.
