Pennsylvania State Police Troop A – Kiski Valley Barracks are investigating an Access Device Fraud that occurred at the Wal-Mart, Greensburg, Hempfield Twp., Westmoreland County on 11/22/2019. 

Throughout the investigation, the pictured male suspect made multiple transactions with the Victim’s credit card information with a total loss of $2,546.36.
