The Pennsylvania State Police, Troop N, Major Case Team continue their investigation of the homicide of Thomas “T.K.” Kolasensky.
A reward of $10,000 is now being offered on information that solves this 16-year-old case!
Sometime between Sunday, March 7, 2004, and Thursday, March 11, 2004, Thomas was attacked inside his residence located on Chemung Street, White Haven Borough, Luzerne County, PA. Thomas was assaulted with an object while lying on his couch, causing injury to his head. Thomas was hospitalized and subsequently released to a long-term care facility. Thomas Kolasensky died on February 11, 2005, at the Davis Nursing Home in Mountaintop, Luzerne County, PA. His death was ruled a homicide as a result of the complications from the injuries he sustained in the attack.
There was no sign of forced entry into the residence and items belonging to the victim were missing from the residence.
